In May 2020, I completed the Expert Start course and began studying the main course to become an Evolution Expert. By December 2020, I had completed all 10 lessons, but I never passed the final exam.
For me, Evolution not only reveals people's innate talents but also teaches how to apply them, helps to track dark states and transition to brighter ones, understand why things happen this way or that in life.
For 6.5 years, I have been leading a company in the field of electronic payment services, and before discovering Evolution, we were still operating at a loss and depended on municipal funding. I remember writing in the group of experts at the end of 2020 that, in conditions of 100% monopoly of cash registers, my company reached a turnover of 1 billion rubles for the 10-month period of 2020, increased the share of cashless transactions in the city from 0 to almost 40%. Now, as of 10 months into 2022, the company's turnover has reached 1.6 billion, and the share of cashless payments in the city has reached 75%. The company is expanding, new projects are emerging, and it's great.
I conducted an analysis of all members of my team, learning more about them and understanding who is in their right place and who isn't. I observed how some colleagues, both from my company and partner companies, dramatically changed their lives after getting to know Evolution and my analyses.
I became more confident in implementing my ideas into action. I got rid of my fears, doubts, attempts to be good for everyone, stopped picking words to look like everyone else, and just methodically, step by step, became myself and did what I wanted.
By studying additional literature, I started combining the implementation of Evolution in the company with the principles of teal organizations and karmic management. We developed company values that we now follow and that truly work for the benefit of all of us. Based on these new impulses, the Company's Strategy was developed, which is currently under approval in the municipality.

Over several years and crises that occurred, I began to think more about what I should focus on and what I should delegate. I tried to find a way to solve this task.
